Complete Build Order for XCOM 2: WotC. Like I said earlier, the "best" build for your Avenger in War of the Chosen is one that aligns not only with your play style, but also with the game's mechanics. You may have noticed my omission of support structures such as Power Relays and Workshops or Laboratories. So, I am in my second WotC campaign and decided to actually hunker down and build a spark to try. I have been very short on cores, so it was a heck of a cost using my only two when I could have gotten armor or weapons, but figured a Spark would be really cool. My final squad was sniper, specialist, 2 heavy, ranger, and psi op. Psi op was late addition (trained it up for final mission, but usually ran a templar or skirmisher).
